Anxiety Statistics

  • Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S.
    • 40 million adults (18% of the population) are affected
  • Anxiety disorders cost the U.S. more than $40 billion per year
    • 1/3 of the total mental health cost

4 questions to diagnose fear of insufficient resources:

  1. Can I give it away?
    • What does it mean to store up treasure in heaven? – give it away
