Hello! We’re Andy and Kristin Hodges. We both started on staff as the Pastors of Youth Discipleship in June 2026, but we’ve been attending LifeBridge since early 2021. When we first started coming, we needed a church in which we could just be present and meet with the Lord. At first, we were drawn to the biblical preaching and spirit-led worship, but we quickly began to be deeply blessed by the Christ-centered community that we found with many earnest, honest, and humble people who make up LifeBridge Church.
We began investing in a small group in the Fall of ‘21, and we also started to help with events. Kristin helped with the planning and details of events team, while also periodically teaching in LifeBridge Kids and helping with tech during a Sunday worship service. Andy began to help host some events like the Hoops for Hope tournaments while occasionally playing bass in the worship band and serving on the Elder Board.
Our role on staff at LifeBridge Students is part-time, and the rest of our work-life is spent investing in the community at Faith Christian School in Williams Bay, WI where Kristin is a Secondary Math Teacher and Andy is the Spiritual Formation Director.
We’ve gone through many different seasons of life as we’ve been at LifeBridge - some joys and some sorrows. Through them all, God has used the church to remind of us His love for us and that we need community around us. Through our investment here, it became evident that we could use the gifts and experience God has given us to step into leading our students as they grow and mature into who He is calling them to be. He made it incredibly clear that we should take this step, and we consider it a true honor. We’re excited to see how God continues to grow the Student ministry here at LifeBridge Church for His glory.
